I have always struggled with what I assumed was depression. Some days were worse than others. I’ve had these intense shifts in my mood since I was a teenager. I thought it was just my hormones changing and everyone goes through an angsty teen phase. But my teen angst didn’t go away. It’s not so much angst as it is extreme emotions.
